1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SILA's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SILA provides automation consulting, custom software development, system integration, and related services. Service details, scope, timeline, and pricing will be defined in individual project proposals or agreements.

3. Consultation Bookings

Free consultations are offered to discuss your automation needs. These consultations do not create a binding agreement for services unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and solutions developed specifically for their project. SILA retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components used in development.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

SILA provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or services integrated into your solutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

SILA's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information without client consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
